Welcome to my portfolio!

While this website may not meet certain expectations, its creation has been an invaluable learning experience. Throughout this project, I've had the opportunity to acquire a wealth of knowledge, and I genuinely believe it has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth. In classes, the comprehensive development of websites, encompassing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, is often not emphasized. However, the journey of learning these technologies has been an enjoyable and enriching one. My next venture awaits in the realm of back-end development.

wardgrosemans

This website initially began as a portfolio, marking my initial encounter with HTML and CSS. It features a collection of projects developed during my years of computer science studies, intended to showcase my evolution over time. I n hindsight, there are areas where improvements could have been made, such as file structure, CSS files, and the incorporation of back-end functionality and JavaScript. Nevertheless, I appreciate the website for its ability to reflect these imperfections, making it a true reflection of my journey throughout the study.

Unfinished: Dreamz

This website was originally conceived as a personal project for a friend of mine, intended to serve as a portfolio for their written book. Regrettably, the project was never fully completed, which has resulted in a small-scale, visually appealing website with minor bugs. The website is built exclusively using HTML and CSS, with no backend functionality.

Heinz: remake

As an avid motorsports enthusiast, I frequently explore the websites of various teams and sports-related platforms. Upon visiting the Heinz Performance website and armed with a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, I decided to challenge myself to recreate a portion of the site without relying on the inspect element tool. Despite not replicating the site's full functionality, I'm delighted with the outcomes I achieved. It's worth noting that the images featured on the website are from my personal collection, captured during my visits to various events.

Dirk Schouten: remake

This project is an unofficial fan remake of Dirk Schouten's original website. It serves as a showcase of my web development skills, recreating the visual and structural design while using selected images and text from the original source for demonstration purposes. After following Dirk for a while and witnessing both his first win and his first championship live, this project became necessary.

WG - Carshots

WG Carshots is a personal web project I created as my first hands-on experience with Vue and Vite. The site showcases car photography, allowing me to explore modern frontend development tools and component-based design. Through this project, I deepened my understanding of reactive frameworks and built a solid foundation for future web development work.

BoozyDev - Currently OFFLINE

As my first attempt at a REST API, I embarked on a project aimed at creating a platform for my friends and me to record and manage information about the pints we've savored over time.
